Within the framework of this situation, particularly patients and primary care workers become vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p>Elderlies and immigrant workers have been reported to constitute the patient population that requires special intervention. In particular, elderlies with psychiatric disorders encounter more problems. Moreover, their access to healthcare can be limited as a result of the mass quarantine practices and shutdown of public transportation vehicles Mass quarantines can increase the level of anxiety of the society.<\/p>\n<p>The COVID-19 pandemic has drawn attention to the potential gaps in the mental healthcare services and to the flexibility of the medical systems in the cases of emergency.<\/p>\n<p>The data were collected from the electronic databases of Scopus and Embas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>REFERENCES:<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nLima, C.
