Therefore, Mindfulness can function as a tool to avoid self-criticism and judgment while defining and managing the destructive emotions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the Purpose of Mindfulness Therapy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Through mindfulness therapy, a person attempts to make sense of the thoughts they have been aware of by focusing on their internal processes and their experiences happening at the present time. Additionally, mindfulness therapy helps one discover how to live the present time without getting stuck in the past.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When to use Mindfulness Therapy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is not necessary for an individual to be included in a psychiatric diagnosis group in order to implement a Mindfulness Therapy. At the same time, Mindfulness Therapy takes an active part in the treatment of many disorders, such as stress disorders, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, substance addiction, depression, personality disorders.
